It’s a week since I returned from a full on food & booze holiday in the Lake District & today on my first weigh in I’ve managed to get back to within a lb of my pre-holiday weight! I’m happy with that 😊👍🏻 Onwards & downwards I say! I don't eat breakfast. I drink 4 pints of water a day. I have a very light lunch - no bread. I have meat or fish with vegetables or salad for dinner. I avoid eating over 50 grams of carbohydrates (no hidden sugars) and only eat good fats like olive oil and butter. I also allow myself a treat of a couple of tablespoons of double cream with 3 small strawberries and a glass of whiskey in the evening if I want one! I wanted to add a picture to this but didn't get the option? I like to add pics to my journal to help me remember things but I can't see how to do it now.
