So I was doing reasonably well. July 4th, I did not eat till around 2pm and no coffee. I had BBQ chicken, hamburger and sausage. I think the Sausage did me in. This is the only problem with HCG, is you can not deviate. Basically the HCG is equivalent to 1500 calories and more than enough fat. So when you go over 500 calories and add fat you are eating more than 2k in calories. Which will make you gain. I ate mishaps because it seems like it takes me so long to get back and fly straight.

On my phycology … I was looking back on my archives and I have done this journey so much. It is so frustrating. I am almost ready to just go ahead and get the operation. Just frustrated.

Well. Today I had McDonalds, fries, fish sandwich and cookies.

WOW LUNCH 1350 CALORIES - I THINK AMERICA IS TRYING TO KILL US OFF THROUGH FAST FOOD. TO BE FAIR, I DID CHEAT ON VANIAL COOKIES AND POPCORN. I LOVE ALL BAD STUFF AND IN BIG QUANITIES.

I will get back up to morrow - God willing - and start again.

You can do this Daione, we all have those kinds of days. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and step back on the path. Remember, this is a marathon, not a sprint, and hopefully, we'll develop healthier, lifelong ways of eating as we go. 🌈
