Never heard of it but we do eat a lot of the same meals a few times a week. Only spikes mostly Friday- Sunday or when we fall off the healthy eating & fasting wagon.

I remember the grapefruit diet. I guess the concept was that it would be hard to rack up too many calories eating only grapefruit and you'd get so sick of it you wouldn't want to eat much anymore. Of course it worked initially, but the weight did not stay off. I was silly to think i could survive on only grapefruits long term. Yup, I'm embarrassed to admit I've tried it.

I haven’t heard of the Groundhog diet but I follow the Eat Like A Bear way of eating. Keto+IF…really big salad every day loaded with protein, healthy fats and veggies. Works alike a charm!

My lunches are usually the same all week long, but they change from week to week. My breakfast is usually the same every day. So not really groundhog, but sort of.

Never heard of it. I do eat the same breakfast and lunch everyday. Diner is a rotation of a few different meals. It helps me to stay on track because I don’t have to make many choices.

Have not heard of it. Apparently Bill Murray was following it in the movie but I'm pretty sure he weighed the same every day.

Done that a few times, when I 1st started KETO, never heard anyone getting hurt by eating this way, would suggest that you choose a healthy balanced meal plan, that way it benefits rather than hurt. I pray you find what works best with you, in order for you to accomplish your desired goals.God bless.
