Time to get serious! I joined about 2 weeks ago and feel like I'm starting to get the hang of this site. After a bit of a bad weekend full of LOTS of eating and drinking a few too many calories from beer due to so many cookouts for Memorial Day, I'm ready to hit the ground running... literally! I'm going to try to start running more, I feel so much better when I do. My goal is to run 2 miles at least 3 times a week, let's hope I actually stick to it! I figured if I put it in writing then maybe I'll be more likely to stick to it.
