I woke at 225.8, down 1.7 from yesterday. Ate a lot yesterday but lots of protein calories. UPDATE: Had to take a quick trip to the doc today when I got up. I didn't eat or drink until 2 pm and I got down to 224.3. Tuna on wraps for lunch and a large salad with grilled chicken tonight. UPDATE: Back to 225.9 before dinner and after a couple of tuna wraps.
