I've had a really rough week and a half and I've been half off the wagon. Been struggling badly with anxiety and depression due to stress at work and the news. But I got the first stage of work stuff done and this is the time to rest and regroup. The rest of this month I need to focus heavily on work but I also need to make time for myself and for weight loss efforts. Here's to my goal of living a balanced life.
