** DB Split Squat **
- 5.0 lbs x 12 reps

** Lat Pulldown **
- 10.0 lbs x 15 reps

- 10.0 lbs x 10 reps

** Ab-Wheel Rollout **

The excessive heat was getting to me. It's hot in the garage gym. My thermometer on the wall shows 80°. Add to that the Indiana humidity and it's uncomfortable.
