왼쪽 3년전 오른쪽이 오늘이예요
식단은 거의같고 매일런닝머신 1시간차이인데 체지방률차이크네요

이슬님~3년전부터꾸준히관리잘하셨네요^^체지방량은아무래도근력이 줄어들면 높아지더라구요~꾸준한관리대단해요^^

마미님~ 이번에보니 역시 체중은 식단으로 유지 가능할지몰라도 체중안에 세세한 건강상태는 운동이 좌지우지하네요^^;;
