I am making it a point to not weigh myself everyday since that just sets myself up for failure. This time I am not giving up until I reach my full goal. The one I have on here is a mini goal. I feel mentally that helps me. It makes my goals seem more attainable.

I was looking around the internet for weight loss stories and ways to change up my diet. On this site this woman lost 100 pounds. No gimmicks, no pills, just the good old fashioned way. I found her story to be helpful and inspirational. I hope you do too!
