Well I'm feeling like crap, have something and haven't felt good now for about 2 days, I didn't do anything for the holiday wknd, meaning I didn't working out either. Maybe that is why I'm sick my body is punishing me, however my appetite hasn't changed, the more I sit here the more I want to eat. I have decided to try something different. I bought some limes about a week ago and didn't have a lime squeezer but now that I have I'm going to try lime juice in my water to keep me from eating curb my appetite. What do you think?? I need to get back in the gym but I just don't have the energy or drive.
