Haven't been on in ages, but still working on weight. Finished HCG and VLCD just over a month ago. Have pretty much maintained weight loss, but have not lost any more weight. Work schedule insane again and back to not eating small and often. I'm still down a size and those are now starting to sag on me, so I'm pretty sure I'm still losing inches. Need to increase water intake again and get back on regular eating schedule. People have noticed the weight loss which is a real morale booster! Ta for now...
