I'm still on vacation so didn't even start my day until 10:30. Which meant no breakfast. By the time I finished my work out it was lunch time. Feeling good today. I use the Wii physical trainer. When it told me I had to work out over an hour, I thought no way. There's no way I can do this. BUT I did it. Once I start back to work, I'll be grateful if I can get in a half hour so I'm grateful for the extra time I can do before next week. Life is good.
