It's been almost 3 weeks since I came back from vacation and still can't get completely back on track. I'm working on it. Not really over-eating, but more like eating the wrong things at the worst time. I"m pretty sure my weight loss was due to the time I ate, as well as what I ate.

Anyway, not other holiday till July 4th, so have to buckle down. I'm confessing here to keep it real.
