Erq, I like when I do that type of activity, feels like I'm accomplishing something. The ladder wasn't bad, I leave the high apricots for the birds.🐦 A baby jackrabbit is now competing with the threshers, quail and deer for the apricots that have fallen on the ground. 🥊🐇🐦🦌😁

Thank you Mer. ❤ Yes, I am doing well. Cooked chicken, beef roast, liver and pork chops. I'm also dking well with calories abd food choices. Still working on my water, almost there. 👍

Oh Mer, you work so hard in every aspect of your life, you can have some days like that once in awhile. You planned meals sound delicious! I was especially happy with tge chicken thighs I baked. I put some chicken rub on them, then added a mixture of peach balsamic and honey and baked. Yummers! Tomorrow I'm grilled some oeaches to add to my salad. 🍑 🥗 😋
