My doctor increased my blood pressure medication. The hammer finally hit the head. For the last couple of weeks I've increased my exercising to 4x a week instead of 1 maybe 2. I walk twice a week and work out on my Wii twice a week. My first appointment since the change is Thursday. I'm anxious to see the results. The blood pressure has dropped considerably. Hopefully, its due to the exercise change as well as the blood pressure med. I'm hoping she will decrease the dosage again.
