Knee pain is keeping me from doing almost anything. Doctor says I need to lose weight. Thats what Im doing, but if I can't move it makes it a bit harder. They keep changing pain meds, but dont want to give me a cortizone shot, because once that happens "it starts you on the path for knee replacement". 20 years in the military started me down that path. VA doctors at their best.
309.0 lb Lost so far: 31.4 lb.    Still to go: 89.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
