4 Days down in Phase 1 Fat Smash... and I feel good! I think I lost a back roll! Following the diet has been easy - I especially like that there are no unusual food requirements. I do miss bread, but I don't have any uncontrollable cravings. I also have more energy - no more napping after work, and I am sleeping much more soundly at night. So all good things! I can do this.
