still keeping up with my exercise, doubled the cardio from 20 to 40 minutes, and alternating weight-training either upper or lower body for another 20-30 minutes. Hoping to boost metabolism and burn more fat / calories.
I am semi - back on weight watchers. Just keeping track of what and how much I eat with my old points tracking stuff.
Didn't follow so closely last week-end when we had a lot going on, but I have been following about 80% of the time.
