I am starting on this application again because it has been so successful in the past. I am starting eh Factor 75 meals, keto that I hope will help me get on track. I am also going to be chasing out a new gym next week that I hope will be a motivator for me. I am going on a retreat when over the weekend, which I hope can help me rest everything and get on a track of soul searching.
