Tomorrow is Leg🦿Day my hardest 😫 workout 💪Day.. I have Strong legs🦵but leg Day is my most painful.. I can't wait. I always finish with chest... oh! this is my first post..

Yup me too. Lol I burn 🔥 the most calories on leg day.. because I'm doing legs I do battle ropes for cardio... 🥴😭❤

I thought it was overrated when I seen it. Oh boy it is a hard work out.. great cardio workout that gives your legs a rest.. I do 1 min 15 seconds of battle roping 30 seconds rest. I do a total of 7 to 8 set.. my arms be screaming 😱when I'm done..
