Ive been eating 150-200g carbs. Over 50g protein and 20-40g fat. I don t like sweet things unless i have PMS. 🤣 Try to eat fiber more than 6g everyday ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ i am trying. but not keto.. i cannot completely get the carbs out of my diet🥲. I eat one or two pieces of bread. Or some rice. I normally take pic and post :) so you can check. I also workout 2-4hours ‘everyday’ even on weekend since 1st march. I might take a recovery day once a week from next month.. im thinking about it.

In the morning, 1hr yoga + tabata 4mins - 20mins 5days a week 1 or 2hrs HIIT and 30mins of dumbbells or resistance band workout. And some yoga for stretch. 2days a week at the gym : 1hour weight. 1hour cycle or running. And 30mins - 1hour yoga at home. I usually do home workout with yutube videos it is so much fun 💪

It is it is!! It is made by Japanese doctor. Kind of interval training. 20sec of hard workout 10 sec rest.. when i start this i only can do 4mins or less lololol now i can do it 20-40mins it kills me every time ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ i prefer this to HIIT. Can concentrate well for 20sec super hard workout.

I started incorporating HIIT into my pre-workout routine last week.. jump rope, Bear crawl, push up and some light weights..

HIIT is still my favorite. But i don t like bear walk 🤢🤮 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ im still practicing push ups.. i can do most of things but push ups….. sooo jalouse 😖

Yeh i am korean just moved in Alaska. I want to learn what kind of clean healthy food i can cook with the ingredients here. Since i used to cook asian food only.. So im on this app :) getting tips from others :) works so well so far. I found i love snow peas and cauliflower rice :D you should post what food you eat for health as well ;)

cool 😎 have Korean coworkers they taught me to say good Morning and goodbye. I am just starting to eat healthy 😋. I used to anything and all I wanted. played basketball 🏀 3 to 5 times a week. but since I stopped for a while started to gain a little weight.. so now I am starting to watch what I eat 🙃...

Yeh i used to eat korean food, heavy crabs 😢 i am trying to avoid them and eat more light but still craving for them hahaaa

One good thing about Korean food, lots of vegetables choices, and kimchi, it's a superfood! When I want something fast, easy and nutritious, one of my go to meals to make is kimchi jjigae.

Gimchi jjigae is good but sodium.. korean food contains a lot of sodium like gimchi lol. But i love gimchi jjigae esp dubu and pork in it heheee i sometimes put spam in my jjigae 👍 more sodium lolol i prefer savory to sweet. 😝
