where ever you are in a more healthier lifestyle change stick with it. nothing comes easy but don't be discourage. it's a mind set you have to change not necessarily what you eat. obviously change our things like pop, good, candy those sorry of things that are 100% sugar. if you want a snack and your under your calorie count then go for it but don't go over. You need to stay disciplined to yourself. You can do it. don't feel bad about a birthday party here or there. it's law of averages over the weak. Remember the little wins always. Remember the feeling of a lower number then the day before. Stick with it, You can do it!!!
okay one last thing, salads are delicious when you add meat haha Have a great day everyone!
