Well I went down to 171.5. I weighed in this morning and feel pretty good. I ran around the lake on Saturday, it was mostly jogging and some walking but I'm pretty proud of myself. Midafternoon I weighed myself and it said I weighed 169.5 but then I had to go to a birthday party that night and Sunday eat good till that night. Its the nights that I have the hardest times with. I need comfort food. I also decided not to drink any alcohol till Spring Break which is in 5 weeks. And pretty proud of myself that Saturday night no alcohol was consumed! :) Well at least I lost 2 pounds even if it is just water weight probably. I will weigh myself again probably on Wednesday. Will keep praying for the ability to do this! Oh and I realized I was giving myself two extra points on Weight Watchers I gave myself 24 instead of 22. So now Im at 22 points a day.
