We had a death in the family on Tuesday and the past few days have been a blur. I did the best I could with my eating until today, then after the funeral was over and everyone had left this afternoon, I ate a plate of "comfort food" from all the stuff people had brought. Ironically, it wasn't very comforting. I now feel sick to my stomach and bloated.
