yesterday at weight watchers we spoke about sleep which led to the bedroom environment which should not be cluttered .well like the rest of my house it is cluttered and it seems that is not a good thing .will i change this ?i dont know but its a point to think of

Hi, Jacque - After my house was tidy and clean the other day I felt good. However, it doesn't stay that way. My bedroom however is usually very tidy except for a pile of clothes. LOL. I really really need to wash my dishes but I just don't want to!!! Feeling like a brat.
We have been having a really big thunderstorm with lots of rain. The lightening has been hitting very close to my house and I find it pretty exciting.
I really wanted to go out to get a hamburger. and then the rain started. Guess that was a sign. I did have a veggie garden which I think it a bit healthier.

Hey Jacque,
Sleep hygiene has definitely been very important for me. However I’ve always struggled with insomnia and sleep issues. So I addressed sleep hygiene years ago and I can only say positive things have come from it.
If stress or anxiety gets in the way of weight loss I’d definitely give it a try. Keeping the bedroom uncluttered is not as tough as other areas of a home.
I might be a bit of a lost cause though since I have taken up meditation a few years ago too and I might be biased now.

Good topic for discussion. I definitely find that I don't lose weight when I don't sleep well, so I am working on it. I try to keep the bedroom reasonably tidy. I think it would help if got rid of at least half my STUFF!
