I need the Zero Belly book. Good luck.

First impression: it's the only one that gives the calorie/fat/carb/fiber/protein contents per serving. There's an introduction, then some apparently pretty tasty recipes.

Amazon reviews are good to look through. I've read some from the Michael Gregor guy. His stuff is alright. I like reading about various health topics, especially topics that are contradictory... I suppose I like to look at both sides of the table.

mewgirl, How not to diet is entirely plant-based. A friend tried his previous book a few years ago and she was pretty happy, not only with the weight loss while feeling full, but with the blood analysis.

I really like Michael Gregor's work, not just his books. I am not vegan or even vegetarian, however I find truth in what he says. I research both sides: Paleo, Carnivore diets, Vegan, etc. I like seeing the various reasons why each diet heals the body. There's so much we don't know about the body and our health. I think each book shares a new insight.
