Last two days my chocolate cravings have coincided with my stress level and I have been a fiend. I know my weight has shot up again...I can feel it. I have to get back in control. I got my feelings hurt from one of my volunteer organization and have decided to drop out of it...the animal shelter...I got my hands full with the keep pickens beautiful and the hospice volunteer organizations anyway. plus taking care of my disabled man...and that's got me stressed as he is fixing to be evicted and I donnt know whats gonna happen to him...which means Imna be out of work....uggg. not to mention I haven't been to the gym in three weeks. im a looser....:

We fall off track. It helps to have control over I've thing when you have so much outside of your control. So perhaps focusing on you and your health will give you a sense of power which will help manage the stress better :) hope your days turn around :)
