Having a pretty low beginning today. I was hoping for more weight loss. I did everything except for maybe 200 over calories. Try to drink less coffee and cream. Hopefully that will be some of the weight loss. Couple of things are important in trying to get this week to move. Drinking sign and watching her getting plenty of rest and staying within my calorie range. I got to remember that. It’s important that I get this went down. I’m looking for 50 pound weight loss by the end of July near August 2021 and I’m hoping to stay there and get down under 100 pounds by November at least. All right it’s about the journey. I am just trying to get discouraged.
I’m choosing to only journal in FatSecret until I get this under control. And then I’ll celebrate. I just took my injection. If I don’t get this way down this time I’m really considering weight loss surgery.
