Very tired. Energy level low. Walked today during lunch but I wasn't able to step it up too much. I guess getting out anyways was the better choice so I'll call it a win.

Looking back...I didn't know I was going to have an attack of diverticulitis days later (on the 25th). Pay attention to your body...something may be wrong. The sad part is you can't really do much until something bad happens.
