Wowzers, the past 2 days have been what they call "Loading days" and I can honestly say I am done loading. My stats on Fatsecret looks devastating! 400 grams fat in 2 days. Goodness gracious me. Previously, when I did Slender Wonder, I never did the loading days. I just went straight into the 600 calorie diet. This time around I've loaded, prepared properly.
I pray that I get it right this time.
264.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 88.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
