Weight Watchers: looking for advice...
My company is starting up at 12-week WW program in our building this Tuesday. It's $135 that I REALLY don't have, yet I'm pretty much willing to do anything to start seeing real results. Anyone out there on WW?

I'm currently counting calories instead of points, but I got the WW books off of the internet and have started to look thru them. I'm considering switching to WW. Have you ever done WW before or is this 12wk program the first time? If you have any questions that I can find the answers to in my books...would be glad to help :)

Thanks! I've never done WW before but I do know others who have an are succesful. The company does this pretty much every quarter so it's not like it wouldn't be offered again. I'm currently just doing the calorie count and added exercise right now, but I'm wondering if I just need that extra accountability of weigh-ins.

Thats why I joined a few challenges on here. I know I have to weigh in for them every week and I want to show a loss and not a gain. I know I can't afford to go to actual WW meetings but I do find that this site does give me some accountability to myself and others. I know i'm trying harder knowing buddies are keeping a helpful eye on me, then if I was going this alone.

Thanks for much for the feedback. I think I'm going to use this site as my accountability and maybe down the road I can always join.

Well the one good thing about joining is that paying that money makes you really think about staying on plan. It can offer great support and motivation. But if you are self disciplined, it is something you can do by yourself.
