Here I sit. Unhappy with my performance this week...again. Did I lose? 1 pound. Is that good enough? NO. Why? Because I lack restraint. Why...BECAUSE THERE ARE DONUTS IN THE BREAKROOM!! Although, this week I track every single calorie every day. I work out 5 days this week. I finally made the decision to sell the house so every day needs to be productive at home after work. The fix-it list is long. It will be a good week. This will be the 3-4 pounds lost that will jump-start me in knowing that we, and when I say we I mean me, will succeed. Chin up, people. Keep the Faith!
