這兩天一直拉肚子,肚子痛到想打滾~無法好好工作思考🥺體重直線下降(應該是水分都耗光了吧)今晚稍微好一點,奶類製品最近要避免一下了~這週開始調整飲食時差,168轉移到晚上~
