這兩天一直拉肚子,肚子痛到想打滾~無法好好工作思考🥺體重直線下降(應該是水分都耗光了吧)今晚稍微好一點,奶類製品最近要避免一下了~這週開始調整飲食時差,168轉移到晚上~
168.9 lb Lost so far: 27.3 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@尼歐 現在這裡不太適合去醫院🏥,因為疫情😷很多診所也關門不接病人,大醫院都是確診患者(我也不敢去)自己有帶藥出門,還好~
