Ran a mile today!! I'm excited. It only took us 3 times running to get back our mile! I could have went further if it would have been a little warmer. It was a little harder to breath because it was a little cold. I know if it was warmer I could have went at least another half mile. I remember when I couldnt even run 1 minute!! I"m just happy this mile came quick and easy because I gotta train to run 10 lol.

WOOT whoot!!! I bet that felt great. It's awfully icy today so I stayed home form work. (not driving 35mi one way in THIS) After I get done catching up with housework (was gone all w/e, but family was home) I want to sneak in a treadmill run. Nice job on slipping right back into the running flow. :D
