Had a pretty bad week eating-wise. I've been pretty embarrassed to record all of my food choices. So I've decided this can no longer be, and from now on, I will make choices that I feel good about recording for all to see, even if it is an indulgence, because it will fit into my plan. Feeling gross isn't worth it anymore. I have a life to live and I want to make the most of it.
