Coconut milk yougart with fruit- yum! Can't beat low sodium AND lactose free.

Diet Calendar Entry for 20 June 2021:
1145 kcal Fat: 36.25g | Prot: 34.22g | Carb: 174.59g.   Breakfast: Strawberries, Raspberries , So Delicious Coconut Milk Unsweetened Vanilla. Lunch: Bibigo Mandu Bulgogi Chicken Dumplings, Field Roast Chao Vegan Cheese, Tofurky Hickory Smoked Deli Slices, Mission Flour Tortillas (Fajita Size). Dinner: Queso Chihuahua Cheese , Hunt's Pasta Sauce Mushroom, Penne, Beyond Meat Beyond Beef Italian Meatballs. Snacks/Other: So Delicious Coconut Milk Ice Cream - Mint Chip, Dr. Pepper Dr. Pepper (12 oz). more...

I've seen the yogurt but never tried...is it comparable to regular yogurt or thicker like greek yogurt?

Hi I’m new here looking to lose weight of course so far not happening but it’s only been two days so I’m going to keep working on it I’m loving the recipes and tips thank you any other tips that could help would be greatly appreciated

neechatara, even before I found out I was lactose intolerant, I had trouble getting enough protein. For me, adequate protein is a huge factor in losing weight! I pay the most attention to protein for weight loss plus cholesterol and sodium for my health.
