I've just started following your page! Wow! You've seriously made me consider going Keto. I am currently doing 18:6 IF with a low calorie plan. But really considering going Keto for maintenance! In every diet I have ever followed, I have failed because of cheese! Well done on your success and congrats on the engagement!
