I've been studying for three tests for the past week, and I take the last one in an hour and a half. I plan to work out afterwards! This stagnant lack of weight loss is making me feel down, and I want to see results already!

What I've realized from doing this for about a week is that I consume less calories than I thought I did! My carbs are pretty high though, an average of 270 a day...need to work on that.

Something that I found out when recording my meals is that I didn't eat enough and my body thought it was starving and fought against weight loss. I am still only taking in about 1200-1400 calories on a good day but I am increasing slowly as I increase my exercise. Make sure you are drinking all your water everyday too. That will help, it may take a week or so for your body to flush the water weight but you notice when it does.
