This morning I set a goal to walk at least 7 miles after work. Goal Accomplished. Glad I got to work from home.
This morning I set a goal to walk at a pace of of at least 3.5 mph. Goal accomplished

Mile '.34, knees started hurting 5 minutes into my walk.
Mile 1.37, pain subsided in my knees
Mile 2.02, right leg started to tighten up
Mile 2.17, right leg stiffness subsided
Mile 3.81, right arm started to go numb
Mile 5.84, right arm after a ton of shaking it while walking at a nice clip, still numb but knew I could push on.
I didn't stop when it hurt, I stopped when my miles were done.
188g of protein in one meal 😈, my only meal of today.

I will not be denied. Weekly weigh in today, can't wait!!!
