Yesterday was a wierd day emotionally. Even though I was full from eating I kept feeling like I needed that 'something else' ..... I hate when that happens. It wasn't about being satieted so it's days like this that you have to watch yourself and you have to have self control or you could fall right into the carb truck and get carried away. As it turned out I ate too much even though it was all low carb. I even had half an avocado at the end of the day that I didn't need since I was already full ....what's up with that? Today I filled up on beef in the morning and hope to keep things under control. What I need to do is hone in on the emotional burn that's going on ...... there's something I need or need to do and I have to figure it out so that it does not threaten to derail me. So..... more introspection!
