Grateful to be holding steady for (3) days and not increasing #s, but would SO LOVE to see even a slight drop in the numbers tomorrow! Tuna seems to be a helpful friend in drops, so tuna it is today. Increased exercise routine by 7 minutes.
162.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 27.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
