I ate 900 calories over my intended calories today. Not sure if I out walked those extra calories with over 11k steps ( I doubt it but it is what it is) No biggie, I'll drop my calories tomorrow and walk 2 hours straight after work as I'm working from home and no commute to deal with. Ribeye, lobster Mac and cheese, asparagus with hollandaise sauce with 2 splashes of wine. That's how you end the day.
