Going down still!!! Wahoo!! A night of dancing to an awesome DJ surely helped! Forget 30 minutes of exercise I got 4 hours at least. Love Sidney Samson. Dancing to electronic music is my preferred form of cardio. <3
230.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
