Fail: Today's difficulty level was really high.. From lack of sleep, couldn't put baby down (even while trying to work), failed to complete a task due to being unprepared, and tantrums left and right with the little one.. Win: I tried my best... I felt so down by bedtime, that I forced myself to at least get a little exercise in.. It went from a couple push-ups, to a couple exercises, to 30 min. I think exercise has become a wanted requirement. Thanks FS fam!
