I did my T25 workout 4 days last week and I felt great about that, but I did give in to McDonalds and Popeyes a few times this week. its a little embarrassing to admit that, but I guess this is why I'm doing this in a public forum. I had to go shopping for a suit for my friend's wedding coming up in a few weeks. and that experience was actually really motivating. Being in front of all those mirrors and being reminded that i'm "big and tall" sizes so I have to go look in a separate section for things that actually fit has given me a little boost of motivation to get in the gym. I've added weight lifting in 2 days this week so far. my plan is to do 2 days of lifting, then 1 day off in addition to following the T25 workout plan. Going forward i'm going to do all 5 days of the workout, including the double workout on Fridays. So the weigh in was a little discouraging but I'm putting in that work right now and I guarantee it will be lower next week!
