this week I didn't get to work out much, but I have a feeling that I'm gaining muscle, and im not sure if I'm actually going to hit my goal weight of 180lbs.
194.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 24.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
