This weekend I'm heading out of town for a road trip with the hubby and my son. So...travel food and eating out. I've done my best to prepare for this so that I don't overdue it, but that I still enjoy being on the road.
I'll attempt to get a good run in on the treadmill today as I know I'll feel better about a weekend of sitting in the car if I have had a good week full of workouts. Legs are a little tired from yesterday, so we'll see how it goes. I'd like to do hill intervals (sort of becoming my Friday norm). Might just modify the pace like I had to do last week...but I'll aim high to start with.
