Whew! Happy with a small loss after a fantastic dinner out last night and a little bit of coconut ice cream at my mom's after. Going to work to get more protein and less carbs in my diet per northernmusician's suggestion, not low carb as I've tried that before and it's not something I can stick to successfully. But I don't want to lose muscle mass. I'm also going to stick closely to the plan over this weekend, no wandering. Next weekend we'll have family over, going to smoke some ribs and chicken and also have some specialty beers I've been saving for the occasion, so I want to be able to sensibly enjoy myself then.
Tomorrow is work day at my mom's, going to get her gardens weeded, bushes trimmed, mulch spread, till the veggie garden and get it planted, so should burn some calories then. TGIF - Have a great day!
