Give yourself a break. 5 out of 7 days of the week is still better than 0 days. Plan ahead for this coming weekend. Avoid your trigger foods. And if all else fails, even 1 healthy/low cal meal on the weekend is a win.

I’m there with you. This weekend I’m going to treat Saturday and Sunday as “normal” weekdays. I think for me it’s a mindset.

I have to find my willpower mojo. 4:30 on a Friday at work is "beer-thirty". Which leads to poor choices for the rest of the night. This leads me to Saturday and the continuation of my implosion. Sunday I start to come out of it but I am still being stupid, tbh. SO, this week, saying NO to beer thirty=weightloss weekend. Who's with me!?!? jk. This is the week. It has to be. Keep the Faith.

Acknowledging it is the first step to breaking this habit. Took me a while to get around that myself. Now Sunday is my "freestyle" day. I try to keep an eye on my intake, "try" to drink plenty of water, so I eat mindfully and less! You're on your way!!! You can do it!!

It is good for you body to cycle (read about mTOR pathway). Just learn how to lean into positive building on weekends with good proteins and healthy carbs.

Just treat the wknd like any other day, or work out extra (harder/longer/faster, etc.) so you can eat what you desire/crave. =)

Remember, you're not alone! This happens to me too, and largely it's because I have less to occupy my mind during the weekend. New hobbies and getting REALLY into cleaning my house help a lot haha. Stick with it and be kind to yourself 🖤

Get out of the house and do activities that don’t involve food and don’t involve cleaning your house. Do something FUN

Hey bearded fella, read my last 7 journal entries and you will get some hope. You will figure it out and you can find your way if you just focus. You can do this!!!! Again, you CAN DO THIS!

We are trained in life to enjoy the weekends. Its the reward syndrome. It's not you. The breaking of years of training is hard. The " I've earned those French fries" attitude is instilled in us very young. So no more beating yourself up. Try giving yourself a break day during the week & that might help to curb your weekend binges😁

SkinnyFat—- or just say no. They can insist all they want but you don’t have to do what they say. If they put it in front of you, don’t eat it. I get you. Almost all of my friends have diabesity and are dying off much faster than I I can even think about. Eating with them is a challenge and often uncomfortable..
