Got a walk in! It's 70's degrees outside today and by Monday there is a chance of snow/ice mix. Gotta love Kansas. 3552 steps. I made an upside down pineapple cake for my hubby (he's been working a lot). I used egg whites for the 3 eggs and applesauce for the oil. His cholesterol is a little high, though his other numbers are good so the doc isn't doing anything about it, but I am for him :) Used I Can't Believe It's Not Butter stick too, so it's a lot better than it would have been, fat wise. I don't care for it, so no temptation for me LOL.
